Nicholas Barr
Biography
Nicholas A. Barr is Professor of Public Economics at the London School of Economics (LSE).
He has also been a consultant to the World Bank, International Monetary Fund, Inter-American Development Bank, Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development, and International Labour Organisation.
He has written about the economics of the welfare state, higher education finance, and post-communist reform.
